Pre + Post Partum Training

certified in pre + post natal fitness (as well as birthed two girls) and trained throughout both pregnancies.

PRENATAL:

Staying active whilst pregnant is both beneficial for you and your baby, (once cleared by your Doctor, of course).

INCLUDES

  • 45 minute Personal Training session

  • Strength/Resistance/ Body weight training that feels good for you

  • A good breathing technique

  • Nutrition guidance (unless otherwise advised by OB)
